摘 要:扩招人员与传统生源的差异性决定着高职院校采用分类的教学管理制度。精准预判扩招人员教学管理问题主要体现在办学定位与发展轨道、教学管理制度和运行机制、教育教学资源有效供给、合理组织教学安排以及人才考核评价机制等方面。高职院校需要从落实顶层设计、构建教学管理制度体系、激活教学资源管理效能、创新教学组织形式、健全育人质量评价体系等方面靶向施策。Under the opportunities and challenges of million enrollment expansion,the difference of the students between enrollment expansion and traditional enrollment determines that higher vocational colleges adopt a classified teaching management system.The problem of accurately predicting the teaching management of enrolled personnel is mainly reflected in the following aspects,such as the orientation and development of the school,the teaching management system and operating mechanism,the effective supply of education and teaching resources,the rational organization of teaching arrangements,and the talent assessment mechanism.Facing the rationality of enrollment teaching management,higher vocational colleges need to implement the top-level design,build a teaching management system,activate the management efficiency of teaching resources,innovate teaching organization forms,and improve the quality of education evaluation system.
