摘 要:"学历证书+若干职业技能等级证书"制度是新时代职教改革的重大举措,是深化人才培养模式和评价模式改革的全新制度设计。当前,职业教育1+X制度试点中规章制度体系逐步健全,协同治理机制基本建立,社会关注度不断提高,推进"三教"改革作用逐步彰显。在试点规模不断扩大的背景下,地方教育行政部门、培训评价组织和试点院校都应站在服务职业教育高质量发展的理性视角,科学处理好规模与质量、需求与供给、教学与培训、公益性与营利性、服务与监督五方面关系,协同做好1+X证书制度试点工作。The"diploma+several vocational skill level certificates"system is a major measure for the reform of vocational education in the new era,as well as a brand new system design to deepen the reform of talent training model and evaluation model.At present,in the piloting of the 1+X system of vocational education,the rules and regulations system is gradually improved,the collaborative governance mechanism is basically established,and the social attention is constantly increasing so that the role of promoting the"three education"reform is gradually manifested.In the context of the continuous expansion of the pilot-scale,local education administrative departments,training evaluation organizations,and pilot colleges should all stand in a rational perspective of serving the high-quality development of vocational education,and scientifically handle the five relationships,which includes scale and quality,demand and supply,teaching and training,public welfare and profitability,as well as service and supervision,to coordinate the pilot work of the 1+X certificate system.
