摘 要:一流特色专业群是建设高水平高职学校的重要基石,关系到高职院校人才培养能否契合区域产业经济发展的需要。通过数据分析与实地调研发现,湖南省一流特色专业群建设在契合区域产业经济发展方面取得了一定的成绩,但也存在一流特色专业群的设置与区域产业结构转型升级发展不同步、契合区域产业经济发展的深度产教融合双向交流互动机制缺乏、一流特色专业群的师资建设落后于区域产业转型升级的速度等问题。推进湖南省一流特色专业群建设的具体策略:对标区域产业转型升级方向,做好一流特色专业群建设的顶层设计;适应区域产业转型升级速度,打造一支高水平的双师型教师队伍;对接区域产业转型升级需求,构建深度的产教融合双向交流互动机制。The first-class characteristic specialty group is an important cornerstone of the construction of high-level higher vocational schools,and it is related to whether the talent training of vocational colleges can meet the needs of regional industrial economic development.Through data analysis and field research,it is found that the construction of the first-class characteristic specialty group in Hunan Province has made certain achievements in conforming to the development of the regional industrial economy,but there are also some problems:the establishment of the first-class characteristic specialty group is inconsistent with the transformation,upgrading and development of the regional industrial structure;the two-way exchange and interaction mechanism of in-depth integration of industry and education that fits the development of the regional industrial economy have not yet been established;and the construction of teachers for the first-class characteristic specialty group lags behind the speed of regional industrial transformation and upgrading.Based on this,specific strategies for advancing the construction of a first-class characteristic specialty group in Hunan Province is proposed.Firstly,it will target the direction of regional industrial transformation and do a top-level design for the construction of the first-class specialty group.Secondly,it will adapt to the speed of regional industrial transformation and create high-level dual-qualified teachers.Finally,it meets the needs of regional industrial transformation and builds an in-depth two-way communication and interaction mechanism for the integration of industry and education.
