摘 要:以学校实地调研、专业调研以及座谈会等形式,对高职高专医学院校预防医学专业建设现状进行调查。调查结果显示,高职高专预防医学专业现状不容乐观,办学过程中存在着诸多问题,如专业发展区域间不均衡,人才培养目标定位不明确,课程体系与行业和岗位衔接不够,专业实践教学条件亟待改善,人文素质教育和职业精神培养有待加强,缺乏适合高职特色的规划教材,双师型素质教师队伍建设有待加强等。为此,高职预防医学专业要进一步明确专业培养目标,构建科学合理的课程体系,注重学生实践能力培养,强化医学人文素质教育、职业道德和职业精神培养,完善规划教材建设,加强"双师型"教学团队建设。This article investigates the situation of the preventive medicine specialty construction in medical higher vocational colleges through field investigations,professional investigations and seminars.The survey results show that the current situation of preventive medicine in higher vocational colleges is not optimistic,and there are many problems in the process of school-running,such as the imbalance between professional development areas,the unclear positioning of talent training goals,the insufficient connection between curriculum system and industries or positions,the professional practice and teaching conditions need to be improved urgently,humanistic quality education and professional spirit training need to be strengthened,a lack of planning textbooks suitable for higher vocational characteristics,and the construction of a team of double-qualified teachers needs to be strengthened.For this reason,the preventive medicine major of higher vocational education should further clarify the professional training objectives,build a scientific and reasonable curriculum system,focus on the cultivation of students’practical ability,strengthen medical humanistic quality education,train professional ethics and professional spirit improve the construction of planning teaching materials,and strengthen the building of"dualqualification"teaching team.
