摘　　要：新疆维吾尔自治区是中国五大牧区之一,具有发展乳业的资源条件。乳制品行业是现代农业和食品企业的标志性产业,在梳理国内外乳制品加工业研究综述基础上,分析新疆乳制品加工业的发展现状,发现制约其进一步发展的关键问题在于奶源分散商品率低、缺少龙头企业带动效用、创新能力弱、产品结构单一、疆外市场开拓不足,并针对问题提出发展新疆乳制品加工业的对策建议。Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region ranks among the five pastoral areas in China,which has the resources and conditions in terms of develop dairy industry.The dairy industry is the symbol industry of modern agriculture and food enterprises.Under the foundation of the review of domestic and foreign research summarization on dairy processing industry,analyze the development status of Xinjiang dairy processing industry.It is found that the key problems restricting the further development of the industry were the low rate of dispersed dairy products,the lack of driving effect of leading enterprises,the weak innovation ability,the single product structure,and the inadequate market development and expansion outside Xinjiang,as well as came up with the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Xinjiang dairy processing industry in the light of the problems.
