基于体验式教学的药事管理学实践教学模式改革

摘　　要：药事管理学是药学类专业的核心课程之一,其社会科学性质高度强调实践性。药事管理学内容涉及面广、知识点枯燥,为提高学生的学习兴趣,提升教学效果,在实践操作性强的教学环节,开展基于体验式教学的实践教学模式改革。体验式教学、翻转课堂、线上与线下教学与药事管理学实践教学的有机结合,激发了学生的学习兴趣,有利于培养学生用理论知识解决药学实际问题的能力,提高教师的实践教学水平。Pharmacy administration is one of the core courses of pharmacy,and its social science nature highly emphasizes practicality.The content of the pharmacy administration covers a wide range of subjects and some knowledge points are boring.In order to improve the enthusiasm of students to learn and enhance the teaching effect,teaching reform was carried out in the practical teaching session that is easily applied.The combination of experiential teaching,flipped classroom,online and offline teaching and practical teaching of pharmacy administration stimulates students'interest in learning,cultivates students'ability to solve practical problems in pharmacy with theoretical knowledge,and improves teachers'practical teaching level.
