摘  要:为解决现代学徒制试点中产生的冲突,保证试点进程及实施效果,从分析利益相关者的价值观念、场域地位及利益诉求等方面入手,考察其价值评价和价值冲突,并在此基础上构建保障多元主体利益的协商机制:基于市场需求的项目清单机制、保护受教育者权益的教育机构准入机制、调适多元主体利益需求的双选机制、规范多元主体责权利的契约机制。In order to resolve the conflicts arising from the modern apprenticeship pilot program and ensure the effect of pilot process and implementation, this paper starts from analyzing the values, field status and beneficiaries’ demands for interest, then it examines the value evaluation and value conflicts of modern apprenticeship. A negotiation mechanism is constructed to protect the interests of multiple subjects, including the project list mechanism based on market demand, the access mechanism for educational institutions to protect the rights and interests of the educated, the double selection mechanism to adjust multiple subjects’ demands for interest, and the contract mechanism to regulate the rights, interests and responsibilities of multiple subjects.
