摘　　要：分析了某型沟槽凸轮的基本情况,基于3D激光扫描仪的扫描数据,针对凸轮推程段工作曲面投影曲线,利用最小二乘法、拉格朗日插值法得到了磨损工作曲面投影曲线的二阶、三阶多项式修补曲线函数,并比较了三种方法的误差,优化选择了最终的修补曲线函数。根据凸轮运动阶段和工作情况,相应反求得出其他运动阶段的工作面投影曲线。试制件的运行表明,凸轮曲面修补方法得到的反求凸轮复制件的运动特点与原厂件相同,抗磨损性能优于原厂部件。The basic situation of a grooved cam is analyzed. Based on the scanning data of the 3D laser scanner, aiming at the projection curve of the working surface of the cam push section, the least square method and Lagrangian interpolation method are used to obtain the second-order and third-order polynomial repair curve functions of wear working surface projection curve. By comparing the errors of the three methods, the final repair curve function is the optimal selection. According to the movement stage and working conditions of the cam, the projection curve of working surface in other movement stages can be obtained by using the corresponding reverse calculations. The operation of the testing piece shows that the reverse cam copy obtained by the cam surface repair method shares the same motion characteristics with the original part, and the wear resistance is better than that of the original one.
