摘　　要：2017年,新一轮职称制度改革全面启动。河北省在国家职称制度框架体系内,积极稳妥地推进改革,在激励高校教师创新积极性方面发挥了重要作用。本文针对高校教师职称评审中存在的问题,提出了完善职称分类评价标准、推行职称代表作制度等深化职称制度改革的几点建议。A new round of title system reform was launched in 2017.Within the framework of the national title system,Hebei province has actively and steadily pushed forward reforms and has played an important role in motivating college teachers'innovation initiative.This study briefly reviews the development and reform of the title system,systematically analyzes the main problems in the reform of the title system in universities in Hebei province,and proposes strategies and suggestions for deepening the reform of the title system in universities.
