摘　　要：人才培养模式是人才培养的核心依据,什么样的人才培养模式决定了什么样的人才培养效果。应用型人才是当前人才培养的重要目标,而素质模型的构建则是强化应用型人才培养质量的客观需要。文章基于此就如何从素质模型出发构建应用型人才培养模式提出了对策,包括更新培养理念、创新培养方式、拓展培养阵地、优化考核方式等。Talent training model is the core basis of talent training,and the kind of talent training model determines the kind of talent training effect.At present,the applied talents are the important goal of talent training,and the construction of quality model is the objective need to strengthen the quality of applied talent training.Based on this,this paper puts forward some countermeasures on how to construct the applied talent training model from the quality model,including updating the training concept,innovating the training model,expanding the training position,and optimizing the assessment model.
