摘　　要：以科研课题为依托的大学生创新科研训练项目的开展,是提高学生科研素质和创新能力的有效途径。文章以锦州医科大学病原生物学本科生科研创新团队建设为例,从团队建设、科研集训、建立联合指导小组等方面制定科研训练计划方案,优化科研训练培训内容,通过对近五年大学生团队的建设的计划实施,对科研训练实施获得的成果进行了总结和分析。研究中开展的训练计划方案建立了学生科研思维,培养和提升了学生科研能力,并获得了较好的创新性成果。为医学本科专业学生后续深造打下了良好的基础,为探索提高学生科研素质和创新能力提供了有效途径。The development of innovative scientific research training for college students based on scientific research projects is an effective way to improve their scientific research quality and innovation ability.In this paper,we take the construction of scientific research and innovation team of undergraduate students of pathogenic biology in Jinzhou Medical University.We confirmed team building organization,scientific research training plan and optimize the contents of scientific research training.Through the implementation of the plan for the construction of college students'team in the past five years,the results established the scientific research thinking of students,cultivated and improved their scientific research ability,and achieved good innovative results.It has provided a good foundation for the follow-up study of medical undergraduate students and provided an effective way to explore and improve their scientific research quality and innovation ability.
