摘 要:心理健康课程是学生心理健康教育和知识普及的重要阵地。北京工业大学在多年的教学实践中,在“以学生为中心”的教育理念指导下,逐步形成了以大学生心理适应指导必修课为核心,为学生提供心理健康基础餐。同时针对不同学生群体的不同需求,提供面向全校学生的心理健康教育选修课,面向特殊学生群体心理需求的团体辅导课,面向全校心理委员的心理援助技能课,面向各个学院不同学生特点的菜单式讲座课“一个核心,四个特色”辐射状的心理健康课程体系,完成对全校学生心理健康的普及性教育,同时也为学生提供多层次的支持系统,帮助学生适应大学生活,带动学生和教师的共同发展。Mental health course is an important way for students'mental health education and knowledge popularization.In many years of teaching practice,and under the guidance of"student-centered"educational concept,Beijing University of Technology has gradually formed a compulsory course with Guidance of College Students'Psychological Adaptation as the core to provide students with basic education of mental health.At the same time,according to the different needs of different student groups,the school provides elective courses of mental health education for all the students.It provides group tutoring courses for the psychological needs of special student groups,psychological assistance skills courses for School Psychological Committee,menu lectures for different students of each colleges.The health curriculum system helps the education of all the school students'mental health,and also provides the students with multi-level support system to help the students adapt to the college life and promote the development of the students and teachers.
