基于“课堂派”的班主任信息化管理模式探究

摘　　要：大学班级管理工作是一门科学,也是一门艺术,作为掌舵者———班主任的工作显得尤为关键。信息化建设是班级管理发展的趋势,文章依据教育信息化理论和亲身经历,创新班级管理组织形式,以虚拟班级的形式进行网络班级建设,将“课堂派”教学平台的管理模式引入到大学班主任的日常工作管理当中,创新性地建立以班级为单位的系统化信息管理平台,达到了进一步提高班级管理效率的目的。Class management in university is a science as well as an art.As the leader,the work of the head teacher is particularly critical.In the information age,how to improve the efficiency of class management is particularly important.Information construction is the trend of class management development.Based on the theory of educational information and personal experience,this paper innovates the organizational form of class management,carries out the construction of online class in the form of virtual class,introduces the management model of"Ke Tang Pai"teaching platform into the daily work management of university head teachers,and creatively establishes the systematic information management platform with class as the basic unit to further improve the efficiency of class management.
