摘　　要：来华留学生辅导员是留学生管理的组织者、思想教育的实施者、认识中国的引领者,具有重要的意义。文章通过对上海市30所高校的调研发现,留学生辅导员队伍在招聘选拔、培训、考核、职业发展渠道等方面均没有形成完善的制度。因此要通过建立完善的制度,从顶层设计、培训体系、能力提升等方面着力推进留学生辅导员队伍专业化和职业化建设。The counselors for international students in China is the organizer of international students management,the implementer of ideological education and the helper of understanding China,which is of great significance for the education of international students.However,through the investigation of 30 universities in Shanghai,it is found that a mature system of counselors has not been formed in recruitment,selection,training,assessment.Therefore,a sound system needs to be established by strengthening the top-level design,the training system,ability improvement and other aspects of the efforts to promote the professionalization of counselors for international students.
