摘　　要：员工职业生涯管理是人力资源管理专业的一门专业方向课程,是一门理论性和实践性较强的课程。文章从课程的教学目标、教学环节、教学内容与方法、教学实践等方面,探讨员工职业生涯管理课程教学体系设计,具有一定的现实意义和实践指导作用。Employee Career Management is an important professional direction course of human resource management,which is a theoretical and practical course.This paper discusses the design of the teaching system of the course of Employee Career Management from the teaching objectives,teaching links,teaching contents and methods,and teaching practice,which has a certain practical significance and practical guiding function.
