在本科生教育中“工匠精神”的引导与培养

摘　　要：当下一些科研至上的考核方式严重挫伤了大学教师的教学积极性,大家一味追求广而多的“高产出”,这样浮躁的风气必然导致大学生精益求精的品质得不到发展。论文提出在本科生教育阶段从培养认知、实践结合、教学改革、文化氛围辅助等方面形成一种工匠精神培养模式,让本科生逐渐形成主动钻研、自主创新、精益求精的品质,并且能够应用到今后个人的工作生活中。At present,some scientific research-oriented assessment methods have seriously dampened the enthusiasm of university teachers for teaching.Everyone is pursuing a wide range of"high output".This impetuous atmosphere will inevitably lead to the lack of development of the quality of craftsmanship and excellence for undergraduates.The paper proposed an artisan spirit cultivation model from the aspects of cognition training,practice combination,teaching reform,and cultural atmosphere assistance,at the stage of undergraduate education,so that the undergraduates can gradually develop a spirit of active research,independent innovation,and excellence,and can apply this spirit to personal work and life.
