摘 要:人才考核是教学的重要环节,也是高职教育的重要工作,基于职业核心能力的高职人才培养的关键在于考核方式的改革与创新。立足于当前高职经济类专业人才考核方式改革的必要性,探讨高职经济类专业人才考核方式在职业塑造性、能力层次性、人才个性化与指标多样性上的不足,在此基础上提出:立足培养目标,拉紧职业化的人才考核准绳;突出能力摸底,构建层次化的人才考核标准;彰显核心内涵,完善本位化的人才考核机制;发挥体系优势,丰富多元化的人才考核内容等解决策略,以优化高职经济类专业人才的职业核心能力培养,为社会输送高素质的职业人才。Talent assessment is an important part of teaching and an important part of higher vocational education.The key to the cultivation of higher vocational talents based on professional core competence lies in the reform and innovation of assessment methods.Based on the necessity of reforming the assessment method of talents of economy specialty in higher vocational colleges,the paper discusses the deficiencies of the assessment methods of talents of economy specialty in higher vocational colleges in terms of career shaping,ability levels,personalization of talents and diversity of indicators,and proposes to tighten the professional talent appraisal based on the training goals,highlight the ability,build a hierarchical talent appraisal standard;highlight the core connotation,perfect the standard talent appraisal mechanism;give play to the advantages of the system,and enrich the diversified talent appraisal content to optimize the cultivation of professional core competence of talents of economy specialty in higher vocational colleges,and deliver high-quality professional talents to the society.
