摘  要:区域经济社会发展离不开地方高校深度参与及高层次人才聚集。苏北地方高校高度重视高层次人才引进工作,但在实际工作中遭遇诸如地理位置相对偏僻、地方政府重视程度不够、人才引进观念相对落后等问题。破解高层次人才引进困境,既需要学校自身积极作为,更新高层次人才引进观念、建立科学的高层次人才引进规划、完善高层次人才评价系统与后续发展配套工作、平衡外部引进与内部培养关系,又需要地方政府的积极作为,为高层次人才落地提供坚实的政策与财政支持。Regional economic and social development cannot be separated from the deep participation of the local colleges and universities and the gathering of high-quality talents.Colleges and universities in northern Jiangsu always attach great importance to the introduction of high-level talents,but the talent introduction work has been restricted due to the remoteness of geographical location,the indifference of local governments,and the backward concept of talent introduction,etc.To address the dilemma from the talent introduction,the paper presents that colleges and universities in northern Jiangsu should take the initiative to update the concept,establish a scientific talent introduction planning,perfect talent evaluation system and follow-up measures,and balance the relation between outward introduction and inward cultivation.Meanwhile,it is indispensable for the local governments to actively provide favorable and financial policies for talent introduction.
