摘  要:百万扩招既是缓解我国当前的就业压力,又是解决高技能人才短缺的战略决策。扩招生源中背景复杂、个性多样、知识文化水平各异,有着独特的学习方式,高职院校的教学组织应相应做出改变。高职院校制订个性化的人才培养方案,提供菜单式的课程,采用灵活多样的教学方式,深化企业为主体的校企合作,在标准不降前提下以形式多样的方式考核评价,以这些新的教学组织方式适应由扩招所带来的新变化。One million enrollment expansion is a strategic decision to relieve the current employment pressure and solve the shortage of high-skilled talents in China.The teaching organization of higher vocational colleges should be changed accordingly because of the unique learning methods of students with complex backgrounds,diverse personalities and different knowledge and cultural levels.Higher vocational colleges formulate personalized talent training programs,provide menu-style courses,adopt flexible and diversified teaching methods,deepen school-enterprise cooperation with enterprises as the main body,examine and evaluate students in various forms under the premise of not lowering the standard,and adapt to the new changes brought by the expansion of enrollment with these new teaching organization mode.
