摘 要:通过虚拟仿真技术切实加强对创新型人才的培养,探索引领教育变革与教学创新发展的新途径、新模式势在必行。为把握实践教学核心环节,结合我校能源动力类专业人才培养的需要,以信息技术与教育教学深度融合的电厂虚拟仿真实验教学为平台,开展教与学的改革创新研究,探讨实践虚拟仿真技术的实验类课程翻转教学方法,推进学习方式变革,同时提出培养学生实践能力和创新能力的举措,为实现从知识技能型人才向应用创新型技能人才培养的转变提供路径。It is imperative to strengthen the training of innovative talents through virtual simulation technology and explore new ways and models to lead the educational reform and the development of teaching innovation.To grasp the core link of practice teaching,combined with the needs of training talents for energy and power specialty in our college,taking the power plant with information technology and education teaching depth fusion as virtual simulation experiment teaching platform,to carry out the reform and innovation research of teaching and learning,discuss the method of flipped teaching of experiment course based on virtual simulation technology,advance the reform of learning mode,and put forward some measures to cultivate students'practical ability and innovation ability,to provide a way for the transformation from knowledge and skilled talents to application and innovative skilled talents.
