摘　　要：驱动语言学发展的问题有学科问题和社会语言问题,社会语言问题是语言学发展的本源问题,所谓“问题意识”主要应突出本源问题意识。语言学应注意发现语言生活中的问题,发现这些问题的着眼点和入手处:语言热点和语言冲突,国际、国家、省域、县域、社会终端等语言生活的不同层级,行政、教育、新闻出版、社会公共服务等语言生活的不同领域,汉族语言、少数民族语言、外国语言、特殊人群的语言,语言资源、语言权利、语言技术等不同语言话题,还有语言病理、多学科关心的语言问题等。问题的“问题化”,就是将所发现的问题“学术化”。所谓学术化,就是将所发现的问题置入一定的学科体系,施之以合适的研究方法,得出一定的学术成果。要科学评价研究成果,并首先将成果用到学科建设和人才培养上;要反哺社会解决语言问题,并由此验证学术的有效性;要向相关学科进行学术辐射,帮助相关学科解决语言问题。中国语言学界为增强学科穿透力,必须冲破语种和小学科对语言学的“蜂巢状”分割,并在促进中国学科共同体的形成中起带头作用。The problems driving the development of linguistics include disciplinary issues and social language issues.Sociolinguistic issues are the source of linguistic development.The so-called“problem awareness”should mainly highlight the source problem awareness.Linguistics should pay attention to discovering problems in language life.The focus and starting point of discovering these problems are:language hotspots and language conflicts,different levels of language life at the international,national,provincial,county,and social terminals,administration,education,different fields of language life such as news publishing,social public services,Han language,minority languages,foreign languages,languages of special groups,language resources,language rights,language technology and other different language topics,as well as language pathology and multidisciplinary concerns language issues,etc.The“problemization”of a problem is the“academicization”of the problems found.The so-called academicization is to put the discovered problems into a certain disciplinary system,apply appropriate research methods,and obtain certain academic achievements.It is necessary to scientifically evaluate research results,and firstly apply the results to disciplinary assumptions and talent cultivation;to feedback society to solve language problems and verify the effectiveness of academics;to conduct academic radiation to relevant disciplines to help relevant disciplines solve language problems.In order to enhance the penetrating power of disciplines,the Chinese linguistics community must break through the“honeycomb”division of linguistics by languages and small disciplines,and play a leading role in promoting the formation of the Chinese disciplinary community.
