摘　　要：当前,党和政府正奋力推动我国由制造业大国向制造业强国转型发展,社会急需大批既掌握一定理论知识,又具备熟练操作能力的应用型、技能型人才。为顺应潮流,适应经济社会发展需要,自学考试管理机构审时度势,创新发展,及时调整了自学考试的人才培养定位,拟培养更多为经济社会生产一线服务的人才。本文以高质量地实施自学考试实践性环节为抓手,积极探讨将自考生培养成国家急需的应用型、技能型人才之策略。With the development of China from a big manufacturing country to a powerful manufacturing country,a large number of applied and skilled talents with theoretical knowledge are urgently needed.This article studies the high-quality implementation of the practical links of self-learning examinations education,and explores the strategies of cultivating self-learning examination candidates into applied and skilled talents needed by the country.
