摘　　要：目的对珠海市某海岛建筑工地一起食物中毒事件开展流行病学调查,提出有效防控措施。方法收集病例临床资料、运用现场流行病学调查、形态学鉴定等方法对本起中毒事件进行分析。结果发病的3人均误有食毒蘑菇史,未食者不发病。病者对症治疗后72 h内均痊愈出院。再次采集与病者食用相同的野生蘑菇,经形态学鉴定为铅绿褶菇。结论误食铅绿褶菇中毒在珠海市为首次报道,应加强毒蘑菇中毒的预警预测,对外来务工人员的毒蘑菇宣传教育要有针对性、持续性和可操作性。Objective To investigate an incident of poisoning by the mushroom Chlorophyllum Molybdites at an island construction site in Zhuhai,and to provide effective prevention and control measures.Methods Clinical data of the cases were collected and applied field investigation and morphological identification to analyze the incident.Results Three cases were identified and all of them reported consumption of wild mushrooms.The cases recovered within 72 hrs after symptomatic treatments.The suspicious mushrooms collected from the construction site were morphologically identified as Chlorophyllum Molybdites.Conclusion Mushroom poisoning by chlorophyllum molybdites has been reported for the first time in Zhuhai.We need to improve the early warning of mushroom poisoning,and provide migrant workers with targeted,sustainable and operable education on mushroom poisoning.
