摘　　要：在分析和考虑海外代购食品的全新消费模式现状的基础上,提出了海外代购食品的法律监督存在的问题以及形成的原因。借鉴国外法律监督的经验,提出意见、建议和措施,通过对海外代购的食品质量安全法律监督的问题和成因进行分析,制定和完善国外代购的食品质量安全法律和监督的建议和措施,希望可以为建立和完善国外代购的食品安全法律监督提供参考。On the basis of analyzing and considering the current situation of the new consumption mode of overseas purchasing food,this paper puts forward the problems existing in the legal supervision of overseas purchasing food and the causes.Based on the experience of foreign legal supervision,this paper puts forward opinions,suggestions and measures.Through the analysis of the problems and causes of the legal supervision of food quality and safety purchased on behalf of foreign countries,this paper formulates and perfects the suggestions and measures for the law and supervision of food quality and safety purchased on behalf of foreign countries,hoping to provide reference for the establishment and improvement of legal supervision of food safety on behalf of foreign agents.
