摘 要:采用超声辅助提取法对12个品种甘薯叶片和块根进行多酚的提取,以Folin-phenol试剂为显色剂,测定多酚含量。结果表明,12个品种甘薯叶片和块根中均含有多酚类化合物。叶片中多酚含量顺序是:漯薯11>徐紫薯6号>苏薯29>苏薯25>宁紫薯4号>威薯7号>徐渝35>徐薯37>宁紫薯6号>紫L7>岩薯5号>心香;块根中多酚含量顺序是:紫L7>徐紫薯6号>宁紫薯6号>宁紫薯4号>岩薯5号>苏薯25>心香>徐渝35>漯薯11>徐薯37>苏薯29>威薯7号。紫肉型品种多酚含量最高,其次为红(黄)肉型品种,白肉型品种多酚含量最低。Ultrasonic-assisted extraction method was used to extract polyphenols from 12 varieties of sweet potato leaves and roots,and Folin-phenol reagent was used as the color reagent to determine the polyphenol content.The results showed that 12 varieties of sweet potato contained polyphenols in their leaves and roots.The order of polyphenol content in the leaves was:Luoshu 11>Xu Zishu 6>Sushu 29>Sushu 25>Ningzishu 4>Weishu 7>Xuyu 35>Xushu 37>Ningzishu 6>Zi L7>Yanshu 5>Xinxiang.The order of polyphenol content in the roots was:Zi L7>Xuzishu 6>Ningzishu 6>Ningzishu 4>Yanshu 5>Sushu 25>Xinxiang>Xuyu 35>Luoshu 11>Xushu37>Sushu 29>Weishu 7.Purple flesh type sweet potato tubers has the highest polyphenol content,followed by red(yellow)flesh type,and white flesh type had the lowest polyphenol content.
