摘 要:目的探讨预查房在内分泌科实习带教改革中的应用效果。方法选择本科临床医学专业2013级学生36人为对照组、2014级学生36人为实验组,在内分泌科实习时,对照组采用传统方法带教,实验组采用预查房模式带教。通过理论考试、迷你临床演练评估、问卷调查,对2个班学生的学习情况进行分析。结果实验组理论考试A2型选择题成绩(26.23±4.91)分,高于对照组的(21.51±5.35)分,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。实验组理论考试总成绩(81.52±9.10)分,高于对照组的(76.74±5.41)分,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。实验组迷你临床演练评估中问诊技能(8.49±0.47)分、查体技能(8.65±0.56)分、专业素养(8.17±0.73)分、临床判断(8.32±0.71)分、沟通技能(7.93±0.68)分、总体评价(8.18±0.65)分,评分均高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。实验组调查问卷结果显示,94.4%的学生满意预查房模式带教。结论应用预查房模式在内分泌科实习带教中,有助于提升学生的自主学习能力,提高教学质量。Objective To explore the application effect of pre-round in practice teaching reform of endocrinology department.Methods 36 students of the class of 2013 majoring in clinical medicine were selected as the control group and 36 students of the class of 2014 as the experimental group.In the endocrinology practice teaching,the control group used the traditional method of teaching,the experimental group used the pre-round mode of teaching.Through theoretical examination,Mini-clinical evaluation exercise and questionnaire survey,the study status of students in the two classes was analyzed.Results The score of A2 multiple choice questions in the theory test of the experimental group were(26.23±4.91),which was higher than that of the control group(21.51±5.35),P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.The total score of the theoretical test in the experimental group was(81.52±9.10),higher than that of the control group(76.74±5.41),P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.In the Mini-clinical evaluation exercise,the skills of consultation(8.49±0.47),physical examination(8.65±0.56),professional quality(8.17±0.73),clinical judgment(8.32±0.71),communication skills(7.93±0.68)and overall evaluation(8.18±0.65),scores of the experimental group were all higher than that of the control group,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.In the experimental group,94.4%of the students were satisfied with the pre-round mode.Conclusions The application of the pre-round in the practice teaching of endocrinology would help to improve students’autonomous learning ability and improve teaching quality.
