摘 要:卓越工程能力的培养是工科教育的核心目标。针对新工科建设对创新实践人才培养的新要求,文章梳理了化工本科实践教学的现状和问题,结合两校本科教学实践,提出化工“四观”培养理念,着力强化校内实践教学改革,突出化工特色,构建与新化工产业发展相衔接的校内实践教学新体系,为培养新化工人才奠定实践基础。Outstanding engineering ability training is the core objective of engineering education.According to new requirement of emerging engineering education for the cultivation of innovative and practical talents,this paper systematically overviews the development of undergraduate practical teaching of chemical engineering and its existing problems.Combined with the undergraduate practical teaching of Beijing University of Chemical technology and Taiyuan University of Technology,this paper proposes a new cultivation conception based on four outlooks,which aims to intensify the intramural practical teaching reformation and highlight the characteristic of chemical engineering.A new intramural practical teaching system linked to development of new chemical engineering is finally provided,which lays a practice foundation for the cultivation of engineering science and technology talents.
