摘  要:目的了解2016~2018年威海市蔬菜中铅、镉污染程度,为采取蔬菜中重金属污染控制措施提供依据。方法2016~2018年在农贸市场和超市采集400份蔬菜,依据GB 5009.12-2010、GB 5009.12-2017和GB 5009.15-2014检测蔬菜中铅、镉含量,按GB 2762-2012/2017污染物限量标准判定超标情况。采用单项污染指数和综合污染指数评价蔬菜中重金属污染程度。结果400份蔬菜中铅、镉检出率分别为55.25%和60.25%,不同年份铅检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),镉检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。藕、萝卜、胡萝卜和青椒中存在铅超标现象,超标率分别为5.26%、3.39%、3.28%和3.13%。所有种类蔬菜单项污染指数均小于0.7,藕、萝卜、胡萝卜、四季豆及青椒综合污染指数均大于0.7。结论威海市藕、萝卜、胡萝卜、四季豆及青椒存在一定的铅、镉污染。Objective To understand the lead and cadmium contamination in vegetables in Weihai city,so as to provide basic evidence for taking control measures of heavy metal pollution in vegetables.Methods During 2016-2018,400 vegetable samples were collected from farmers markets and supermarkets in 4 monitoring sites in Weihai city,all the samples were analyzed for lead and cadmium by GB 5009.12-2010,GB 5009.12-2017 and GB 5009.15-2014.According to GB 2762-2012 and GB 2762-2017 pollutant limit standard,the exceeding standard shall be determined.The contamination of lead and cadmium in vegetables was evaluated by single factor contaminant index and comprehensive contaminant index.Results The detection rate of lead and cadmium was 55.25%and 60.25%respectively among the 400 vegetable samples.There was statistically significant difference in the detection rate of lead among years(P<0.05),but the detection rate of cadmium was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The violation rates in lotus root,turnip,carrot and green pepper were 5.26%,3.39%,3.28%and 3.13%respectively.The single factor contaminant index of all kinds of vegetables was less than 0.7,the comprehensive contaminant index of lotus root,turnip,carrot,bean and green pepper were greater than 0.7.Conclusion The content of lead and cadmium in lotus root,turnip,carrot,bean and green pepper exceeded criterion in Weihai city.
