摘 要:采用高通量测序技术研究草菇污染菌中细菌群落的多样性.对草菇污染菌细菌16S rDNA的V3-V4区进行测序共获得70956条序列,2051个OTU数目,表明这类草菇在污染菌中具有较多的微生物繁殖群落.对其微生物个体群落分类结构分析结果表明:变形菌门所占比例为83.43%,γ-变形菌纲所占比例为57.78%,肠杆菌目所占比例为51.8%,肠杆菌科所占比例为51.8%,肠杆菌属所占比例为49.55%.本文为草菇栽培中污染菌的科学防治提供了重要的理论依据.In this paper,the diversity of microbial community in Volvariella volvacea contaminating bacteria was studied by the high-throughput sequencing technology.The sequencing of the V3-V4 region of the 16S rDNA of the Volvariella volvacea contaminating bacteria resulted in a total of 70956 sequences and 2051 OTUs,indicating that this type of Volvariella volvacea has more microbial propagation communities in the disease-causing bacteria.According to the analysis of the classification structure of the microbial individual community,Proteobacteria accounted for 83.43%,Gammaproteobacteria accounted for 57.78%,Enterobacteriales accounted for 51.8%,Enterobacteriaceae accounted for 51.8%,and Enterobacter accounted for 49.55%.This paper provides an important theoretical basis for the scientific control of contaminating bacteria in Volvariella volvacea cultivation.
