摘　　要：为了加快高职院校教师队伍建设,提高教师素质,探讨"双导师制"的由来和内涵,分析当前高职院校教师队伍存在的问题,提出了"双导师制"培养教师队伍的途径与措施,为建立优秀的"双导师制"教学团队奠定基础。In order to speed up the construction of higher vocational college teachers,improve the quality of teachers.The research mainly discusses the origin and connotation of double tutor system,analyzes the problems existing in teachers of higher vocational colleges,improves the training path of teachers based on double tutor system.It provides a basis for the establishment of excellent teaching team based on double tutor system.
