摘　　要：采用"以学为中心"进行教学设计,分析MOOC在线课程中存在的问题,探讨医学有机化学课程在线教学的改革与创新,提出了在线教学的具体教学建议,并以"MOOC在线课程+腾讯会议+QQ教学群"的在线教学模式为例进行了教学示范。In this paper,the teaching design is based on the learning-centered method.The reform and innovation of online teaching of Medical Organic Chemistry are discussed,and the problems in MOOC are also analyzed.Some suggestions for online teaching are subsequently proposed.Online teaching demonstration based on "MOOC + Tencent Conference + QQ teaching" is offered as an example for online teaching.
