基于麦可思数据的高职日语专业毕业生就业质量分析——以深圳职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：毕业生就业质量是人才培养质量的重要体现,从麦可思公司对深职院2009届-2018届毕业生进行的毕业跟踪调查总数据中梳理出与商务日语专业相关的数据,归纳该专业毕业生十年里就业质量的变化并分析其原因,结合该专业采取的一系列举措探讨如何提升高职日语专业毕业生就业能力。The employment quality of graduates is an important embodiment of the quality of talent cultivation.This article combs out the data related to the business Japanese major from the graduation tracking survey data conducted by Michaels Company for the 2009-2018 graduates of Shenzhen Polytechnic,summarizes the change of employment quality of the graduates in this major in the past ten years and analyzes its reasons,and discusses the topic of the upgrading of the employability of higher vocational Japanese major graduates in the light of a series of measures taken by the profession.
