摘　　要：目的分析青年肺癌患者希望水平现状及影响因素.方法采用一般资料调查问卷、Herth希望量表、医学应对方式问卷(MCMQ)以及生活定向测验修订版(LOT-R),对郑州市某两所三级甲等医院住院或门诊的174例18~44岁青年肺癌患者进行调查.结果青年肺癌患者希望水平总得分(29.03±8.14)分.多元回归分析显示,希望水平影响因素为面对、经济收入、乐观倾向、医疗费支付方式(新农合)变量,共同解释总变异的83.0%.结论青年肺癌患者希望水平亟待提高,临床工作者制定干预措施时应注重促进患者树立乐观态度采取积极的应对方式.呼吁卫生部从经济方面对患者予以支持,促进患者回归社会.Objective To analyze the status of hope level and its influencing factors of hope in young lung cancer patients.Methods A total of 174 patients(18-44 years old)In two hospital in Zhengzhou were investigated with the self-designed genera,herth hope index(HHI),medical coping modes questionnaire(MCMQ)and revised life orienta-tion test(LOT-R).Results The total score of hope level of young lung cancer patients was 29.03±8.14.Multivariate regression analysis showed that the expected influencing factors were the face of dimension,economic income,optimistic tendency,and medical payment method(new rural cooperative)variables;which explained 83.0%of the total variance.Conclusion Hope level of young lung cancer patients remains to be improved,and clinical workers should focus on im-proving the positive attitude of patients and optimism when making intervention.
