摘　　要：在大学体育教学中,激励教学法能够营造良好的课堂教学氛围,激发学生的学习兴趣。文章分析高校体育教学中实施激励教学的意义,探讨高校体育教学中激励教学法的分类,指出教师要灵活运用语言激励,灵活运用情感激励,进而提高教学质量和教学效率。In college physical education,incentive teaching method can create a good classroom teaching atmosphere and stimulate students'interest in learning.This paper analyzes the significance of the implementation of incentive teaching in college physical education,discusses the classification of incentive teaching methods in college physical education teaching,and points out that teachers should flexibly use language motivation and emotional motivation to improve teaching quality and teaching efficiency.
