摘　　要：高校教师是重要的一支科研力量。切实掌握高校教师科研工作现状,包括学校科研政策、科研平台等现状,针对发现的问题进行分析,并提出基于成果导向的教师科研激励对策,具有重要意义。College teachers is an important scientific research force.We should grasp the current status of scientific research of college teachers,including scientific research policies and research platform of the college,and teachers'subjectivity and analyze the problems found at present and propose result-oriented incentive countermeasures on teachers'scientific research,which is of great importance.
