摘  要:培养具备较宽知识面和较全面的综合素质能力是当今社会对人才的新需求。基于工程教育专业认证理念,对材料大类专业人才培养模式改革进行了初探。从人才培养、社会需求、持续改进等方面提出了应对措施。认为材料大类专业教学改革应特别注意以下三个方面:第一,要保证教学活动能够有效地作用在所有学生身上,并达成预期培养目标;第二,要结合自身特色,全面且有针对性地指导学生,使之具备满足行业与自身发展需求的各项能力;第三,要引入持续改进机制,确保人才培养实现“反馈—整改—提高”的良性循环。Cultivating the ability to possess a broader knowledge and comprehensive quality is the new demand for talents in today's society.Based on the certification concept of engineering education specialty,a preliminary study on the reform of the training mode of major professionals in materials has been implemented.And some countermeasures from the aspects of talent training,social demand,continuous improvement have been put forward.It is believed that the teaching reform of major materials should pay special attention to the following three aspects:first,ensuring that teaching activities can effectively affect all students and achieve the expected training goals;second,comprehensive and targeted guiding combined with their own characteristics to enable students to have the ability to meet the needs of the industry and their own development;third,it is necessary to introduce a continuous improvement mechanism to ensure that talent training achieves a virtuous cycle of"feedback-rectification-improvement".
