摘　　要：高校人才选拔与人才培养密切相关、辩证统一。高校要基于我国现行高考高招制度政策环境,围绕中学生源特征和培养质量,立足党和国家对青年学生的成长成才目标,科学合理地开展多维度选拔、多方式施教,满足学生个性化培养需求,有效落实高校立德树人根本任务。采用SPSS数据分析软件可探寻生源特征和人才培养质量的辩证关系,为高校在人才选拔和人才培养上提供科学的建议参考。College talent selection and talent training are unified in a dialectical way.Universities should carry out multi-dimensional selection and teaching in a scientific and reasonable way based on the policy of China s current university enrollment system and college entrance examination,focus on the characteristics and training quality of secondary school students,and adhere to the goals of the Party and state for the growth and development of young students,so as to meet the needs of personalized cultivation of students,and effectively implement the fundamental task of promoting virtue and cultivating people in colleges and universities.A statistical study employing SPSS aims to explore the relationship between the characteristics of students sources and the quality of talent training,and to provide suggestions for universities in talent selection and training.
