摘 要:目的:探讨病例讨论式教学在妇科临床带教中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年至2019年在本院妇科实习的临床专业学生40名作为研究对象,其中2016年至2017年进入本院妇科实习的临床专业学生18名作为对照组,在带教过程中予以常规临床带教;2018年至2019年进入本院妇科实习的临床专业学生22名作为观察组,在带教过程中予以病例讨论式教学,两组在出科时进行课程考核及教学满意度调查比较。结果:观察组的课程考核得分分别为理论考核得分(41.3±5.0)分、实践能力考核得分(42.5±5.2)分,教学满意度为95.40%、对自身帮助的满意度为90.9%,均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在妇科临床带教中应用病例讨论式教学,可提高学生的课程掌握度及教学满意度。Objective:The application effect of case discussion teaching in gynecology clinical teaching.Methods:Forty clinical students who were internships in gynecology in our hospital from 2016 to 2019 were selected as the research objects.Among them,18 clinical students who entered gynecology internship in our hospital from 2016 to 2017 were selected as the control group.They were given routine clinical practice during the teaching process.22 clinical students who entered our hospital for gynecology internship from 2018 to 2019 were selected as the observation group,and they were given case discussion-style teaching during the teaching process.The two groups were subjected to course assessment and teaching satisfaction surveys when they were out of the department.Results:The course assessment scores of the observation group were obtained:theoretical assessment score(41.3±5.0),practical ability assessment score(42.5±5.2),and the teaching satisfaction was 95.40%,the self-help satisfaction was 90.9%,which were obvious higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of case discussion teaching in clinical teaching of gynecology can improve students'course mastery and teaching satisfaction.
