摘 要:“学以成人”“内圣外王”是先秦儒家的教育目标并贯穿教育的始终,无论是培养文质彬彬的“君子”,还是浩然正气的“大丈夫”,最终都以“圣人”为标杆,“圣人”是儒家追求的最理想的人格典范。先秦儒家所言的“圣人”是精神品格超越众人的高尚之人,先秦儒家的“人皆可圣”思想具有双重特性:一方面,人人皆有成为“圣人”的先天可能性;另一方面,成为“圣人”有法可寻。“人皆可圣”思想的精神实质是教人如何自我实现和自我确证自己的生命价值和生活意义。因此,“圣人”可学可为并由“仁”致“圣”,特别强调人的潜能无限,要充分发掘人的内在潜能。先秦儒家的“人皆可圣”思想对当代大学生具有丰富的教育蕴义:一是志存高远不迷茫,二是讲求方法不动摇,三是始于当下不停歇。大学生的健康成长必须脚踏实地,在行动中夯实基础、增强能力、成就自己。"Learning to be a man"of"being a saint inside and a king outside"is the educational goal of Confucianism in the pre-Qin period and runs through its whole educational process.Being a"saint"is the most ideal personality model pursued by Confucianism.The"saint"mentioned by Pre-Qin Confucianism refers to a noble man whose spiritual character surpasses all others.The pre-Qin Confucianism thought that"everyone can be a saint"has dual characteristics:on the one hand,everyone has the innate possibility to be a"saint";On the other hand,there is no certain way to be a saint.The spiritual essence of the thought is to teach people how to self-realize and self-confirm their own life value and meaning.Therefore,"saint"can be learned from"benevolence"to"holiness",with special emphasis on unlimited human inherent potential.This thought has rich educational inspiration for contemporary college students:first,being a man of great aspiration;second,being a man of great determination;third,being a man of great persistence.Through these enhancement,college students can grow healthily with a solid foundation to fulfil all their dreams.
