药学硕士专业学位研究生培养的改革探索

摘　　要：根据社会发展与国家建设对药学行业的需求,依照国家制定的全日制专业学位硕士研究生的相关规定,将产学研、产教融合、校企合作理念有机融合,提出采用0.5+1+1.5的培养模式、实践基地多元化、完善“双导师”制度、健全实验室建设和加强学术交流等方法加强药学硕士专业学位研究生的培养。According to the needs of social development and national construc-tion in pharmaceutical industry and the country's relevant regulations of full-time pro-fessional master,We will integrate the ideas of industry-university-research、industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation and propose the adoption of the training mode of 0.5+1+1.5、the diversification of practice bases、the improve-ment of the"double tutor"system、the improvement of laboratory construction and the strengthening of academic exchanges in order to strengthen the cultivation of professional master in pharmacy.
