摘  要:目的观察安全给药情景模拟培训在新入职护士临床教育中的应用效果。方法按安全给药情景模拟培训前后进行分组,2017届新入职护士87人作为对照组,2018届新入职护士105人作为观察组。对照组采用常规培训,观察组在对照组基础上增加安全给药情景模拟培训。两组采用安全给药评价表、口服给药操作考核进行评价,观察组同时采用中文版Jeffries模拟教学设计量表对培训效果进行评价。结果观察组新入职护士安全给药评价正确率高于对照组,经比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组口服给药操作考核得分(96.10±1.33)分,高于对照组的(84.84±5.17)分,经比较,t=19.794,P<0.01;观察组中文版Jeffries模拟教学设计量表5个维度同意率达到96.2%~99.0%。结论安全给药情景模拟培训能有效提高新入职护士安全给药的培训效果。Objective To observe the effect of scenario simulation medication safety training applied in clinical education for new nurses.Method Divide 87 new nurses recruited in 2017 into control group and 105 new nurses recruited in 2018 into observation group by training order.Nurses in control group receive routine training and nurses in observation group receive scenario simulation medication safety training based on routine training.Assess nurses in two groups by medication safety scale and operation examination on oral drug administration.Assess nurses in observation group by Simulation Design Scale(SDS)on training effect.Result Accuracy rate on medication safety scale is higher in observation group than in control group.The difference is significant(P<0.01).Score on operation examination of oral drug administration is(96.10±1.33)in observation group,which is higher than(84.84±5.17)in control group,t=19.794,P<0.01.The consent rate of 5 dimensions in SDS reaches 96.2%~99.0%in observation group.Conclusion Scenario simulation medication safety training can improve training effect of medication safety for new nurses.
