摘  要:基于工作调节焦点视角,在工作价值观与创新绩效的主关系中,提出并验证了工作调节焦点的中介作用,以及评估型绩效考核对这种中介作用的调节效应。研究结果显示:(1)在主关系显著的基础上,防御焦点解释了舒适与安全价值观和创新绩效之间的关系;促进焦点解释了能力与成长价值观和创新绩效之间的关系,部分解释了地位与独立价值观和创新绩效之间的关系;(2)评估型绩效考核对促进焦点和防御焦点的中介作用均存在负向调节效应。Based on the Work Regulation Focus,this paper actually has propound and expounded the mediating effect of work regulation focus which moderated by the performance appraisal in the main relationship between work values and innovation performance.The results show that:Firstly,based on the main relationship is significant,the prevention focus can fully explain the relationship between the value of comfort and security and innovation performance.The promotion focus also fully explain the relationship between the value of competence and growth and innovation performance,which partly explain the relationship between the value of status and independence and innovation performance.Secondly,the mediation effects of the promotion focus and the prevention focus have been negatively moderated by the evaluative uses of performance appraisal.
