摘 要:“五四”运动后,乡村师范教育运动伴随乡村教育思潮悄然兴起。余家菊首倡师范教育面向乡村,锐意探索我国乡村师范教育发展的有效途径。他有关乡村师范教育的论见系统完整,其中包含培养目标、课程开设以及机构设置等,同时具有较强的先进性、民族性以及科学性。这种颇具中国特色的乡村师范教育思想,对于当今造就一支适应农村需要的乡村教师队伍,进而发展乡村教育,有着重要的借鉴意义。After the May 4th Movement,the rural normal education movement rose quietly with the ideological trend of rural education,Yu Jiaju first advocated that normal education should be oriented to the countryside and was determined to explore the efective ways for the development of rural normal education in our country.His views on rural normal education are systematic and complete,including training objectives,courses and institutions,and at the same time have a strong advanced,national and scicntific nature.This kind of rural normal education thought with Chinese characteristics has important reference significance for bringing up a team of rural teachers to meet the needs of rural arcas,and then to develop rural education.
