摘  要:经过二十多年的发展,特色学校进入群体发展时期,借助种群组织生态理论,以重庆市特色学校的发展状况为例研究发现:在学校数量方面,近二十年来该地区特色学校数量呈上升态势,特色学校创建率总体上为倒“U”型曲线;在特色类型方面,素养教育及课程教学比重较大,总体上显示出局部特色鲜明、整体特色不足的特点。该地区特色学校群体的数量与类型特征,以及发展的多样性、不均衡性,局部带动整体等发展特征表明,特色学校未来将在个体与群体的对立统一中发展。After more than 20 years of development,characteristic schools have entered the period of group development.With the help of the theory of population organization ecology,taking the development of characteristic schools in Chongqing as an example,it can be found that the number of characteristic schools has been increasing gradually,and the creation rate has shown an inverted“U”curve on the whole in the past two decades.In terms of types,the proportion of literacy education and curriculum and instruction is relatively large,showing the characteristics of distinct local characteristics and insufficient overall characteristics.Combining the characteristics of the number and type of characteristic school groups,as well as the diversity and imbalance of development,and partially driving the overall development,one can see that the characteristic school will develop in the unity of opposites between individuals and groups in the future.
