摘 要:水产加工是实现淡水渔业提质增效、减量增收、绿色发展、富裕渔民等转型升级目标的有效手段。在渔业发展的新形势下,本文以全国范围内的淡水鱼加工企业调查数据为基础,结合公开统计数据,对中国淡水鱼加工产业的发展现状进行了分析,论述了淡水鱼加工产业的发展特征。调研发现,淡水鱼加工产业发展迅速,但仍面临不少挑战,未来应进一步加强消费引导、推动精深加工、强化产学研合作机制、完善水产加工质量监督和管理体系、构建多元化投资体系。Aquatic processing is an effective mean for freshwater fisheries to achieve transformation and upgrading,such as quality improvement,pollution reduction,green development,and fishermen′s higher income.Based on the survey data from freshwater fish processing enterprises in China and public statistics,the present situation of freshwater fish processing industry was analysed,and the development characteristics of freshwater fish processing industry were discussed.The study show that the freshwater fish processing industry was developing rapidly,but it still faced many challenges.Following suggestions were given:further strengthening consumption guidance;promoting deep processing;strengthening the cooperation on production,education and research;improving the quality supervision and management system of aquatic processing;constructing diversified investment system.
