摘 要:目的评价操作技能直接观察评估(DOPS)在临床本科实习生急救相关操作技能教学中的应用。方法 2017年6月—2018年6月在重庆市巴南区人民医院实习的临床本科实习生78名,实习中及实习结束前各行1次急救技能DOPS考核,综合考核成绩、考评老师及考核者满意度对DOPS的教学效果进行总体评价。结果实习结束前考核总平均分高于实习中平均分[(4.89±0.17)分vs.(4.04±0.33)分]。实习结束前考核,考评老师对DOPS满意度高于中期考核[(8.15±0.41)分vs.(7.14±0.33)分],学生对DOPS评估结果的满意度高于中期考核[(8.68±0.49)分vs.(7.58±0.55)分],差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。结论 DOPS可作为急救操作技能考核的有效方法。Objective To explore effects of direct observation of procedural skills(DOPS)applied to teaching the course of first aid teaching for baccalaureate clinical students.Methods Baccalaureate clinical students in the People’s Hospital of Ba’nan District between June 2017 and June 2018,received a First aid-related DOPS examination at the mid-internship and pre-delivery.Through the DOPS assessment results,the analysis of teachers'and students'satisfaction degree on the evaluation results,the teaching effect of DOPS was evaluated.Results Assessment end of practice the individual departmental rotation examination scores were higher than the overall average score interim after practice two months assessment results(4.89±0.17)points vs.(4.04±0.33)points.Compared with after practice two months,satisfaction of teachers has made great progress in the end of assessment[(8.15±0.41)points vs.(7.14±0.33)points],satisfaction of students was[(8.68±0.49)points vs.(7.58±0.55)points],and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion DOPS as an effective first aid skill of teaching and assessment method.
