摘 要:目的分析并评价在胃肠外科护理带教中应用评教评学模式的护理教学质量情况。方法将2017年7月—2019年4月在本医院胃肠外科进行实习的护士纳入到研究中,共130人,以教学方式差异为依据将其分成对照组(n=65,传统教学模式)与试验组(n=65,评教评学模式)。比较两组的考评情况与实习护士的考核成绩。结果与对照组相比,试验组的教师考评优良率、实习护士考评优良率与考核成绩均更高,且差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在胃肠外科护理带教中应用评教评学模式的效果理想,可发现教学中存在的问题并解决,有利于提高护理教学质量。Objective To analyze and evaluate the quality of nursing teaching in the evaluation of nursing teaching in gastrointestinal surgery.Methods A total of 130 nurses who underwent internships in the hospital's gastrointestinal surgery from July 2017 to April 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into control groups based on differences in teaching methods(n=65,traditional teaching mode).)and the experimental group(n=65,evaluation of the evaluation model).Compare the evaluation of the two groups with the assessment results of the intern nurses.Results Compared with the control group,the excellent rate of teacher evaluation,the excellent rate of evaluation of the internship nurses and the scores of the examinations were higher,and there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the evaluation model in the teaching of gastrointestinal surgery is ideal.It can find problems in the teaching and solve it,which is conducive to improving the quality of nursing teaching.
