中医基础理论教学中脾脏的中西医比较研究

摘　　要：在现代高等中医教育中,要求学生除了学习相应中医课程外还要同时学习西医的部分课程,在同时学习这2个医学体系的内容时比较容易出现一些困惑或混淆。笔者将从五脏差异原因、五脏的解剖形态及五脏生理功能这三方面进行中医五脏和西医五脏的比较分析,帮助中医学生清晰明白的区分中医和西医中五脏的联系与区别,本篇笔者将对脾脏进行阐述。笔者以“脾脏”“中医基础”及“中西医比较”为主题,检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普(VIP)和万方(Wanfang)、pubmed等数据库,手动检索了《中医基础理论》《免疫学》和《系统解剖学》等规划教材,从而总结分析中西医脾脏的异同点。In modern higher education of Chinese medicine,students are required to study some of the courses of Western medicine in addition to the corresponding Chinese medicine courses.It is easy to have some confusion or confusion when learning the contents of these two medical systems at the same time.The author will compare the five internal organs,the anatomy of the five internal organs and the physiological functions of the five internal organs to compare the five internal organs of the Chinese medicine and the five internal organs of the Chinese medicine,and help the Chinese medical students to clearly and clearly distinguish the connection and difference between the five internal organs of Chinese medicine and Western medicine.In this article,the spleen is elaborated.Based on the theme of“spleen”,“Traditional Chinese Medicine”and“Comparative Chinese and Western Medicine”,the author searched the databases of China Knowledge Network(CNKI),VIP,Wanfang(puban),pubmed,etc.,and manually searched the“basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine”.The planning materials such as“Immunology”and“Systematic Anatomy”summarize and analyze the similarities and differences between the spleen of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
