摘  要:目的分析将PBL教学方法与技能考核联合教学融入妇产科教学中的教学效果。方法选取2018年9月进入见习阶段学习妇产科学的普通班学生,设立为D组实施传统教学法,共70名。2019年2月进入见习阶段学习妇产科学的教改班学生,设立为S组实施PBL教学方法,共70名。对比2组学生的期末考试成绩和课堂满意度。结果S组学生的考试成绩明显优于D组(P<0.05),且数据差异明显有统计学意义;S组学生的课堂满意度明显高于D组(P<0.05),且数据差异明显有统计学意义。结论将PBL教学方法与技能考核联合教学融入妇产科教学中,不仅让学生拥有了扎实专业知识,更拥有了实践经验,进而使学生在知识与实践两方面共同发展。Objective To analyze teaching effect of integrating PBL teaching method and skill assessment into obstetrics and Gynecology teaching.Methods 70 students in the general class of obstetrics and gynecology who entered the probation stage in September 2018 were selected as group D to implement the traditional teaching method.In February 2019,70 students in the reform class of Obstetrics and Gynecology were selected as group S to implement the PBL teaching method.The final examination results and classroom satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The test scores of students in group S were significantly better than those in group D(P<0.05),and the difference of data was statistically significant.The satisfaction of students in group S was significantly higher than that in group D(P<0.05),and the difference of data was statistically significant.Conclusion Integrating PBL teaching method and skill assessment into obstetrics and gynecology teaching not only enables students to have solid professional knowledge,but also practical experience,and then enables students to develop knowledge and practice together.
