摘  要:黑果腺肋花楸果实兼具营养价值和保健功能。采用乙醇回流提取法提取黑果腺肋花楸有效成分,以总黄酮含量为考察指标,通过正交试验优化工艺参数。结果表明:黑果腺肋花楸果实有效成分最佳提取工艺为加10倍量的65%乙醇,回流提取2次,每次1.0 h。The fruit of aronia melanocarpa has nutritional value and health care function.The active ingredients of aronia melanocarpa were extracted by ethanol reflow extraction method,and the total flavonoid content was used as the investigation index,and the process parameters were optimized by orthosectant test.The results showed that the optimal extraction process for the active ingredient of the fruit of aronia melanocarpa was 10 times of 65%ethanol and reflux extraction twice for 1.0 h each time.
